After a two year process a compulsory psychiatric protocol was approved between Fundashon Kuido di Ambulans, General Practitioners, Klínika Capriles, Kuerpo Polisial, PSI Skuchami, and St. Elisabeth Hospital. The goal of the protocol is for the mandatory internment procedure of citizens to run more smoothly. Mrs. Rita D. and her family live with this reality on a daily bases, because their son is currently interned at the Capriles clinic.
